Rinse and Repeat

Doesn't it seem like particular things happen over and over?  Usually this cycle it seems like, is something that is troublesome, feels like old rotten furniture thrown away that miraculously makes it's way back to your door.  You wonder why it's back and wince, getting a familiar vibe from it that you might not be fond of.  And now you have to deal with it again, either you have a band aid solution for it; pretend that it isn't happening; or once and for all look at it and figure out what it is, and solve it.

Nothing in life is reliable, what does this mean?


Things never last, everything has an end -- may it be your debt when you've paid it off or not pay; schooling - we graduate; a song - a last note is heard; a film, the day, the month, the year, relationships, and life itself.  This is the way things have always been, we have never experienced anything opposed to this.

What's for Breakfast? How bout Freedom??

Everyone wants to be free,,, man has from the beginning of time fought for it, yearned for it and would die for it.  But what is freedom? And why do we struggle so much to achieve it?  We have been taught that in order to obtain freedom, we have to suffer a great deal first, but do we really have to?

Freedom is being able to do what we want, no limitations or repercussions.  No responsibilities to tie us, nobody telling us what to do, no guidelines to follow and hence no rules.

Your Desires, My Desires

What are desires?  Where do I start?  They come in all forms, things that we want, things we think we must have at all cost.  It could be a material thing -- a big shiny SUV, to non tangible things -- everlasting happiness. And there are so many things in-between, but you get the gist. No man has never had desires, this comes natural to us.

I've always thought that there was something bigger out there,, something that encompasses everything and everyone. I searched high and low for answers, maybe I could have a clue if I went the route of history, knowing what happened since the beginning of time seemed to be the logical way.

So off to history I went, devouring everything that I could find,,, learning about long lost civilizations that were said to be too advanced for their time.  Sadly this route was as limited as a village roundabout, no explanations were given, if anything, more questions arose. More whats? wheres? whens? hows? and whys?  It seemed like an aimless wandering, years spent learning facts that were good for trivia night and nothing more.
