A Question of When?
We all go about everyday as if we were running after an insurmountable goal or running from a horrendous monster. Always in a hurry to do this or finish that, after finishing something, there's always something else over the horizon to accomplish. And in this mad rush, we think that we are always out of time.

The Pain of Suffering
Why is there suffering? Why is life so hard that suffering is always looming in the background? Will suffering make me a better person? Is suffering a vital part of my life? Can it end, or am I destined to languish in it's wake? In order to answer these questions, one must ask what suffering is. One must understand it, to make sense of it.

I think therefore,, I do?
Our minds are very busy things, there are a dozen or so thoughts a minute, and these thoughts vary - some pleasant while others not so, it's so frequent that we do not even remember everything we think of. We tend to remember those we deem important, those thoughts that has some impact on us. Other thoughts, and there are a lot of them, fall on the way side.

Truth: A Choice or a Fact
The relevance of truth,,, let that marinate,,, think about it. What is an absolute truth that you know? Are you certain of it?
In this life we value the currency of truth and base our journeys and judgments from it. Our societies teach us to hold truth above all else, we have been indoctrinated since childhood that truth is our guiding light. Also from truth do we get our views on right and wrong. But what is the truth?
